About
Dr. Bhavneet Kaur is a Professor of Marketing & Management with over 22 years of combined academic and industry experience. Her scholarship and teaching span Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Research, Retailing, and Advertising & Sales Promotion.
She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the Department of Business Economics, University of Delhi (2013), and is a UGC-NET qualified scholar (June 2000). She has recently completed a research project with the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI).
She is recognised for her innovative pedagogy, sustained student mentorship, and an active research programme spanning national and international peer-reviewed journals.

Short tenure as Professor before returning to JIMS, Rohini.
Earlier tenure at JIMS prior to industry roles.

50+ research publications in reputed national and international journals across consumer behaviour, retailing, entrepreneurship and marketing strategy.

Co-founded Ultimasoft Services at its inception in 2020 and continues to serve as a consultant, advising on marketing strategy, business development and client engagement.
Jetking Okhla Learning Centre · Feb 2008 – Feb 2010
Led overall growth and operations of the centre, maintained inter-departmental synergy, and steered the institute through a challenging market. Within ~2 years grew enrolment to 300+ students with a 100% placement record.
